life tips--- job interview

Time really flies.
It has been a year since I graduate.
Recently I start looking for a new job. I am going to  share some experiences about how to prepare job interview.

First of all you need to relax, then be there earlier, prepare yourself and the most important thing is to research the company that you are going to interview with. It include the company's background, growing history, what exactly they do, and etc.

The most likely to be asked 10 interview questions are:
  1. Tell me about yourself.
  2. What is your greatest weakness?
  3. Why did you leave ( or are leaving ) your last job?
  4. Describe a difficult work situation and how you handled it.
  5. Why should we hire you?
  6. What would you like to be doing 5 years from now?
  7. Why do you want this job?
  8. How do you evaluate success?
  9. How much are you expecting for salary?
  10. Why do you want to work for us?
Those questions looks very class are the top interview questions, so be prepare for them and good luck.

It is a very popular German restaurant in San Francisco, I went there on Wednesday and it was very crowded. Highly recommend you to make reservation before you go if you have a party more then 6 people ( they don't accept reservation less then 6 people)
Highlights: they serves huge draft beer, you definitely should try it.
Comments on the food:
Potato soup: a little bit salty, nothing really special-- 3 stars
Potato pancake: I think they fried it, a little bit oily, but the apple sauce made fresh-- recommend to try it 4star
Meatloaf: the meat is soft, I can tell th quality is good, but again it is a little bit salty, need to eat with the mash potato:)) 4star
Ambience:a little bit crowded, not good for a romantic date, but good for friends hanging out or have a drink, again they serve very good beers. Waitress and bartender are great~~~

Seems like I eat a lot potatoes today lol~~~~
